Our life coaching and mentorship services aim to support and guide clients in achieving personal or professional goals. These services:

Depend on the client’s active participation and willingness to engage in the process.
Do not guarantee specific outcomes as results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

Be honest, open, and committed to the coaching or mentorship process.
Attend scheduled sessions on time and communicate any need to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Acknowledge that the success of the services depends on your effort and active participation.

4. Bookings and Payments

Services must be booked in advance through our website or agreed upon channels.
Payment is required before the commencement of any session or package unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds or cancellations will be handled as per the terms outlined in Section 5.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur the full session fee.
Refunds for prepaid packages will be prorated for unused sessions, subject to an administrative fee.
Workshops and events have a no-refund policy unless cancelled by UrMind Consultancy.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during sessions. Exceptions to confidentiality include:

Instances where disclosure is required by law.
Situations involving risk of harm to the client or others.
Written consent provided by the client for specific disclosures.

7. Liability Disclaimer

UrMind Consultancy is not liable for:

Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching or mentorship sessions.
Losses, damages, or injuries arising from the use of our services, except where legally mandated.
External factors or circumstances beyond our control that affect your goals or progress.

Clients are advised to seek appropriate professional assistance for medical, psychological, financial, or legal matters.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and content provided during sessions or through our website remain the property of UrMind Consultancy. Clients may not copy, distribute, or use these materials without written permission.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

A client violates these Terms and Conditions.
There is evidence of inappropriate behavior or lack of commitment to the coaching process.
Continuation of the coaching relationship is deemed unproductive or inappropriate.

In such cases, any unused session fees will be refunded.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
